Orders of more than 12 copies (total—of any edition) should contact our Customer Service team or (return the forms below by mail) to place their order.
Preorders must be placed by October 15, 2024 to receive discounted pricing. Please help yourself to the pdf forms below to gather your order information. Anyone can use these forms to place a bulk order—they are not exclusive to churches.
Bulk orders will be invoiced in two steps—first for the total order, and then a second time for freight costs when the order ships. Freight cost will be determined based on the quantities submitted on this form.
